1. Refunds are only eligible for the first subscription cycle of your product. (This refers to the first subscription cycle, not your first purchase.)
2. Upgraded products or products that have already gone through renewal/recurring payments are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of your purchase.
4. By requesting a refund, you are effectively canceling the subscription of the associated license, which will result in losing access to Jeg Elementor Kit PRO features.
5. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for purchasing the subscription.
6. PayPal refunds usually process within 24 hours. Credit card refunds take approximately 5-10 business days.
7. To request a refund, you must fill out the form provided in your invoice.
8. The form becomes available seven (7) days after your purchase of the Jeg Elementor Kit PRO plan to prevent abuse.
9. We encourage customers to use the product (or service) within the first two weeks to ensure satisfaction.
First, you need to Access your Jeg Elementor Kit Account.
Then choose the license that you want to refund and click “View License” button to view license detail.
In License Detail, click on “Purchase History” to access purchase history of the license.
Then in Purchase History, open the invoice for the last transaction.
Click the “Refund” button at the bottom of the invoice.
After reading all the notices, you can click the ‘Refund’ button to proceed with the refund process, or click the ‘Get Priority Support’ button if you’re still unsure.
If you still choose to proceed with the refund, submit the refund form. Please note that refunds will be processed within 7 days after you submit the form.
Once your refund form is successfully submitted, you will see “Refund Successfully Submitted” at the bottom left of the page after being redirected back to the dashboard.
Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ (top right) to go to Settings.
Select Payments from the top menu.
Under “Automatic payments”, click Manage automatic payments.
You’ll see a list of merchants (the companies you subscribed to).
Select the merchant whose subscription you want to cancel.
Click Cancel (or “Cancel Automatic Payments”).
Confirm cancellation.
Open the subscription email receipt you got from Lemon Squeezy.
It includes a link to your Customer Portal.
Click the “Manage Subscription” link.
Log in with the email you used for purchase (you may need a one-time code).
In the Customer Portal:
Select the active subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm cancellation.
